Instructions for oral presentations

The area overviews and invited plenary lectures will be 30-40 minutes (including a Q&A session of no more than 5 minutes), and each other oral presentation will be 20-30 minutes (including a Q&A session of no more than 3 minutes). The final time and duration of each presentation will be determined based on the number of presentations. The detailed program will public later and will also be sent to the speaker.

All speakers are eligible for a discount on registration fees, just like members. 

A Computer is equipped in each venue. Every speaker is requested to send the presentation ppt to radtechchina@126.com or copy it to the on-site meeting computer via USB in advance,so that we can check timely if it can be opened normally. The conference will not provide Macintosh PC. If you want to use a Macintosh computer for the presentation, please bring your own computer and the necessary adapters to the speaker room.

Instructions for chairpersons
Chairpersons are kindly requested to introduce yourself to start the session, then the title of presentation and the name with a brief introduction of speaker to start each presentation. Please ensure that the meeting proceeds on time, and if necessary, remind the speaker of the remaining time. At the end of the session, it is desirable for the chairperson to address a short summary of the presentations. 

Also, please make an announcement about coffee break, social program, and other necessary information.
